Protonweg Utrecht

UniWin is successfully implemented as an Access Control and Logistics Flow system at the Protonweg in Utrecht.

The Protonweg used to be a public road, until the 4 located companies (Agrifirm, CKB, Jongeneel and Pre Mervo) decided to block the road and allow only authorized vehicles in this road.

UniWin is used to manage all logistic activities concerning;

• Weighing and Registering of all Incoming and Outgoing Vehicles, based on Automatic Numberplate recognising;
• Data-Exchange via an XML-interface, with all involved partners of the Protonweg;
• Connections towards all peripherals (Entry/Gate, Bypasses, Barriers, Traffic/Lights, Position Beams) with the use of a PLC. As well as an extensive logging of this connection;
• Automatic email-messages of different subjects, such as Weighings, Failures, etc.
