Cargill Germany

UniWin is successfully implemented at two Plants of Cargill in Germany. At locations in Salzgitter and Mainz the new ERP-system of Cargill is activated.

UniWin is part of this ERP- integration as the connection to Weighbridges, Traffic-Lights, Camera's, Silo-Systems, Barriers,  etc.

The following flows are handled by UniWin;

  • Incoming Corn/Seed;
  • Outgoing Meal;
  • Outgoing Oils.
Because of its complete integration, a description of the handling from Oil-Trucks is given.
  • Truck-Driver reports at the Gate;
  • Truck-Driver receives his Badge;
  • When allowed the Truck-Driver weighs his Truck, by using the Badge;
  • After the 1st Weighing, the Truck-Driver reports at the Loading-Station;
  • The Loading-Operator starts the Loading in UniWin, by entering the Badge No;
  • UniWin manages the Wanted Load with use of the Scale-Weight and Set-Points;
  • After the Truck is Loaded, UniWin stores the Loaded Net and the Tank-ID with the Badge;
  • After the Truck-Driver has made a 2nd Weighing, he parks his Car and reports at the Gate;
  • He returns his Badge and receives the documents.
