UniWin installed at 19 sites of Cargill Hungary

In the past months we have implemented UniWin® at 19 sites of Cargill in Hungary. Below the specifics of this project are shown. The project itself was special because of the fact that installation/implementation was not done by Infotech Logistics, but by a Cargill IT-team. Below is described how we approached this project.

• Cargill Hungary provided functional design;
• Based on the FD, Infotech Logistics build a prototype;
• Local IT at Cargill Hungary tested the prototype;
• After the prototype was approved, Local IT created a documentation and training to users;
• First plant was installed jointly by Cargill Hungary and Infotech Logistics;
• Remaining plants were installed by the Local IT-team of Cargill Hungary with the remote-support of Infotech Logistics.
